Help’s needed : this blurry image was taken in a muck diving in Manado Bay on 31 January 2006. The object is a tiny (thumb-sized), greenish coloured, baloon-like fish, running away to hide behind some sea grass. Anyone can help us identifying this alien?

thx very much for the info…. i think it’s really fascinating to watch how different are the juveniles from the grown ups in the marine world. however, similar or different, definitely the juveniles are a lot more cute (like in human :D ….)
