    Camera’s metering the background… subject has lost a bit of focus and sharpness. R u using matrix or spot metering? or maybe it’s subject to len distance.

    but not meter… camera take focus distance to the background.

    Yes I think the focus is set on matrix (or whatever) not on spot focusing. I will try another flatworm later, that one I think is in focus…
