    Erwin in Papua …
Ha.. ha.. nice nudi, haven’t seen this one ..

  6. Hengky Dotulong says:

Zaki, try to ask Bill Rudman at www.seaslugforum.net to make sure …

  7. Ahmad Zaki says:

OK I think its a Miamiridae, probably Orodoris Miamirana. The blue spots seems to be a distinguishing feature. Supposed to be rare!! Yippee I got a rare one!

  8. Ahmad Zaki says:

OOps now I see Bill Rudman has it as a Ceratosoma Miamirana (??) they moved it to Ceratosoma in 1999. Oh well, whatever.

  9. Erwin Kodiat says:

    Just came back, Zaki
And it seems you can ID it :)

  10. Erwin Kodiat says:

I checked both Atagema spongiosa and Ceratosoma miamirana, seems like different color to this photo, Zaki

  11. Ahmad Zaki says:

Yes, Rudman seems to be in two minds on the re-classification to Ceratosoma, it used to be on its own Miamiridae and was an Orodoris miamirana before being put under Ceratosoma. I regret I did not check its underside, it seems the markings are relevant to the classification. However the postules and small blue spots seem to confirm it belongs…
