I heard that there’s a catalog of their belly’s identification, do they have names? anyone knows where and how do I check which one is which?

This photo was taken at Manta Point, Nusa Penida, Bali. Saw at least 7 different manta there… one with a slightly crooked tail and one with a cut tail.
