c’mon guys, maybe it was sticking to the torch or camera, and as it tried to get away, the photographer (Mr. Totok) took the shoot opportunity.
or maybe the octopus was trying to pose for balerina style.. as your picture of mimic octopus http://forum.kapalselam.org/2006/04/20/mimic-this/ had shown us.
I guessed i don’t have the mojo to make octopus pose for me….
Firstly .. assuming that my pics where taken that way.. lets see other alternative which i could have tried, maybe like my Dm using lure (Fishing, sticky colorful one) pointer to entice it to come towards me, then by pumping my fist to anger it, it somehow stop and pose or was it reacting in defence, hence then the shot was taken.. It takes lots of dives with them to finally understand how they react and behave. So back to my point again, was it taken the way u describe it.. i doubt so..
