    Ah, I recognise this one, it is of course Periclimenes tempura. Sometimes mistaken for the closely related Periclimenes teppanyaki…!

    u r right, la! i used to call it as ROCK SHRIMP
    there’s a latin name for it but i forgot.. will check later!
